Project Location:Bukadi village in Purulia District, West Bengal.(Near Barabhum)

Our Impact:

• We organized one Eye camp and another General-medicine camp where 30 patients were treated and given free medicine.
• This time we had only 5 patients for our eye camp.This has been possible for arranging eye camps on regular basis at interval of 1 or 1.5 months for last 3 years. The number of patients has gradually decreased.
• We completed our vaccination course of Hypataitis B(3rd Phase) this time too.
• Also, provided Potassium Permanganate  to the villagers so thhat they can use it to fight agains  Malaria. Our members taught them how to use that.
• Student number has been increased to 7 at our Compputer Training Center. Though, Sewing trainig center needs more number of students.
• We now are planning to spread our works in the adjacent village named ‘Burda’. Survey has been started.
• Another good news is, we are thinking of making a water treatment plant for that area with the help Autodesk.Inc, an old well wisher of JPS.
