JPS International has crossed the border and now we are also working in distant areas in Nepal where people require resources and help to live a healthy life with basic amenities. Healthcare is a basic need and JPS acknowledge that when we organized dental camps for children and adults at the Path Pradashak School in Badikhel, Laitpur as part of the basic ngo work in Nepal. We not only diagnosed the students and teachers of the school with proper issues but also made sure to provide them the treatment they require. Dentists from Hospitals of Kathmandu helped us in completing the dental camp with all required medical help.
We included all the students from class 1 to 12 from the school in the camp and started with checking their basic dental health.
Our expert team members and volunteers made sure that the kids understood the value of brushing teeth regularly and why dental health affects our overall health.
Doctors also there advised the students about how to use their brush and we provided free brush to all the students for free of cost.
Students and teachers who require treatments like filling, root canal and uprooting, and bracing, we provided all these dental services at the camp.
Dentists working with us treated the gum related issue too to make sure the kids can eat everything without any pain or bleeding as such.
We provided Fluoride treatment to every student and we also recorded all the databases to make use of them in the future camps.
Our ngo in Nepal worked effectively in schools to provide dental care and awareness to the students and teachers to make more people aware of the facts through verbal and group discussions.
We are very much interested in organizing health and eye camps for all in different rural and under-developed parts of Nepal. We will reach the country soon enough.
Though not regularly, JPS provides food to the people in need at times of various occasions. We try to come up with good food and new clothes for the people to make their days special.
